I ordered 2 canvas pack and have only received one! I emailed them and it’s been well over a week now. I emailed before Christmas and it still hasn’t arrived my second canvas

Hi lovely. As discuased over email, we apologise for the second one not arriving and have organised a replacement from our end. This will be to you as soon as we can get it there. Due to Public Holidays and the weekends lining up this Christmas period, our couriers and suppliers are not working on non- business days which delays the work.
