Our talented team of designers are able to transform individuals into a new family portrait- perfect for remember loved ones who are no longer here.

We've made the process as simple and seamless for you as possible.

Simply place your order online, upload the photos, write a clear description of what you are after, and select the number of people and size you wish to have. and we take care of the rest!

We'll check in with you along the way- and keep you updated. We can't change the photos you originally choose* , so pick carefully!

Once your order is made on our website, our skilled designers will begin the artwork, and we will come back to you with background sample. Give us the OK, and we're good to go!

Then from there, sit back, and wait for your canvas to arrive at your door! We'll provide you the tracking number so you know when it'll be coming!

Tips and tricks for the perfect piece:

We want your piece to be perfect- and you to love it.

We understand sometimes it is not possible to provide us with a great quality photo (for example your loved one may have passed many years ago, and do not have many photos). That is absolutely fine- we are able to work with whatever you provide us. Older photos may not be as clear in the final work as some of the samples shown, but we will restore your picture as much as we possibly can. We can also bring black and white photos to colour if required.

When selecting photos to use- we recommend ensuring photos are the in the same format- For example, it is best for photos to be front-facing instead of selfies, due to the blending of the image. Please ensure your photos have good lighting so we are easily able to identify their facial features. If you are able to provide us with photos from the waist up (or full body) with shoulders not obstructed, this would be amazing but not at all required.

We do not need your photos to be cropped- if you are able to, please upload the full photo, and explain to us in the box provided which person we will be using.

We can make minor alterations to your photos- such as placing a hand on a shoulder for the illusion of holding someone , or changing the outfit colour. We avoid making any other changes as the work does not look natural at all when the photo is manipulated too much.

If you do not have a digital photo (for example your family may only have a printed hard-copy photo of a loved one), you can take a photo on your phone of this and upload this to our website. Please make sure it is a front-on photo taken, and not at an angle.

We can blend pets into your photo. Please count the pet as a "person" when paying.

Please count each face in the photo as a Person when selecting the amount of people

A "Digital File (Print Yourself) is emailed to you as a high resolution digital file in google drive. You do not receive a printed canvas if you select this option.

If you select the incorrect number of people in the portrait, we will not proceed until the correct payment is collected. We will not refund you at all if you make this mistake.

As mentioned, we are more than happy and our team are capable to work with ANY photos provided, and the above is just a guide.

We aim to have Digital Files completed in 5-7 business days but this is subject to change, and if you wish to make small changes this will be delayed slightly. Once work has been finalised, please allow 5-7 working days for NZ wide shipping & 7-12 business days for International Orders.

Terms and Conditions:

We require payment in advance, and this is non-refundable. We will send you a copy of the work before finalising. Once you have confirmed you are happy, we will not make any changes to the work. We may proudly display our signature at the bottom right of all of our work as an artistic signature as shown in some of our sample photos online. We aim to fit our products into the above timeframes, however times may vary. There may be shipping delays or design delays which we are not responsible for. If your canvas is damaged or lost whilst in transit, if we have sufficient proof of this we will remediate this by sending a replacement canvas. We may require you to send this back to us at your own cost.

*If you wish to change any photos provided- we may charge an additional fee of $29.99. We own rights to all of the art and may showcase it on our website or social media platforms. If you specifically do not want this shared, you must inform us when purchasing.

SUPER SATISFIED!! With the service I received.
