We require payment in advance, and this is non-refundable. We may proudly display our signature at the bottom right of all of our work as an artistic signature as shown in some of our sample photos online. We aim to fit our products into the above timeframes, however times may vary. There may be shipping delays or design delays which we are not responsible for. If your canvas is damaged or lost whilst in transit, if we have sufficient proof of this we will remediate this by sending a replacement canvas. We may require you to send this back to us at your own cost. Our designers complete this work, and we send these directly to you. We do not send samples of this work prior to completion as our team are very talented.
