We're giving you the option to either receive a Digital File to Print Yourself, or Order one of our Amazing Quality Ready-to-Hang Canvas Prints- which make a statement in your home!
We've made it as simple as possible for you to create your very own- just upload a clear, front -facing photo of your pet (please upload to to 5 photos so we can choose the best one to use), select all the customisations you'd like and head to the checkout. That's all you need to do, you can sit back, relax, and wait for it to arrive!
We have a talented team of designer behind us who work their magic around the clock - creating a stunning, one of a kind portrait that captures their personality and charm.

We aim to complete all design work within 3-5 business days! If you have ordered a Digital File Only, We will send this straight to your inbox via a google drive file, and if you are getting a canvas- then after the design time please allow 5-7 business days for NZ orders to arrive, and 7-12 business days for Australian & International Orders!
The clarity of your work depends on the photos provided- please note that older, low resolution photos do not have the same result as clear photos.
Please note: Pictures Shown are Examples of Digital Files Printed & Framed. There are no returns or refunds. You cannot change the photo once selected, so please choose carefully!

Can you blend photos together?
Absolutley- if you are selecting two or more pets, then you can upload individual photos and we will blend them together!
Is my photo good enough quality?
For the best result, we recommend using clear, well lit front facing photos, and the higher resolution, the better the image!
We understand that sometimes it's not possible to get the perfect shot- many of our clients have pets that have passed away, and old photos only - and our talented designers will do their best to make it look amazing!
Please keep in mind that our work is non refundable and once ordered we cannot change the picture, as our designers spend hours on each piece, so select wisely.

How long does it take?
Our team work around the clock to get our orders out as soon as possible! We aim for our designs to be completed in 3-5 business days.
Once the art is all finalised, digital files will be delivered within 1 business day, and for physcial products please allow 5-10 business days.
Because we're only a small business, we may not always be able to meet these timelines and they are a guide only. Please be patient and kind so we can focus on creating the best work for you!
Where are you based?
Memories Lane Canvas is a registered business in New Zealand. Because we're just a small business, we currently don't have a shop and are 100% online based!
We're excited to ship all through the world!
Are you able to make custom changes to the work?
Absolutley! When ordering, you have multiple options to choose from- ranging from style, colour, add-ons and more!
We have included an additional box for any custom requests so please type these in when ordering! We will do our absolute best to accomodate for this- sometimes it may not be possible but will try our best!
What is the difference between a Canvas Print & A Digital File?
Our Canvas Prints are our most popular option- they are streched and ready to hang on your wall! They make an awesome statement in your home, and are the perfect gift
Our digital files are not physical products- and we email the file for you to print yourself. You can take this to a print shop or use it on social media as many times as you like
