Is the quality of my photo good enough to use?
Our team of desigers are extremely talented, and are able to work with any photo! If you would like some reassurance- please contact us via chat, email, or through our social media, and we can check over it for you!
How long will my portrait take?
Our team work around the clock to get our orders out as soon as possible! We aim for our designs to be completed in 3-5 business days. We allow for revisions, however please note that you will need to allow additional time if these are requested. Once the art is all finalised, digital files will be delivered within 1 business day, and for physcial products please allow 5-10 business days. Because we're only a small business, we may not always be able to meet these timelines and they are a guide only. Please be patient and kind so we can focus on creating the best work for you!
Where are you based?
Memories Lane Canvas is a registered business in New Zealand. Because we're just a small business, we currently don't have a shop and are 100% online based!
