FAQ'S

Why Pet Portraits?

As pet lovers- we can all agree that our furry friends are at the centre of our family! Creating a pet portrait is the perfect way to honour & celebrate them- they deserve it!

Is the quality of my photo good enough to use?

Our team of desigers are extremely talented, and are able to work with any photo! If you would like some reassurance- please contact us via chat, email, or through our social media, and we can check over it for you!

How long is the process?

Our team work around the clock to get our orders out as soon as possible!
We aim for our designs to be completed in 3-5 business days.

We allow for revisions, however please note that you will need to allow additional time if these are requested.

Once the art is all finalised, digital files will be delivered within 1 business day, and for physcial products please allow 5-10 business days.

Because we're only a small business, we may not always be able to meet these timelines and they are a guide only. Please be patient and kind so we can focus on creating the best work for you!

Where are you based?

Memories Lane Canvas is a registered business in New Zealand. Because we're just a small business, we currently don't have a shop and are 100% online based!

Can I make custom requests?

Absolutley! When ordering, you have multiple options to choose from- ranging from style, colour, add-ons and more!

We have included an additional box for any custom requests so please type these in when ordering! We will do our absolute best to accomodate for this- sometimes it may not be possible but will try our best!

What is a Digital File?

Selecting a "Digital File" is a very popular option. We recommend selecting this option if you are needing your order in a hurry, and you would like to print your art yourself.

You will receive high resolution files via a Google Drive, and you will be able to get these printed yourself at a print shop of your choice.

You can also use these files on social media, and print as many times as you like!

Can I change the photo?

Because our designers craft every image, it is very important to select the right image when first ordering.

If you change your mind, our designers would have to re-do the entire work, which will take hours to do and unfortunatley we would need to charge an additional $30 fee per pet.

If you decide you would like to change the photo, please message us directly and we can organise payment for this!
