I ordered 2 canvas pack and have only received one! I emailed them and it’s been well over a week now. I emailed before Christmas and it still hasn’t arrived my second canvas

Due to Public Holidays and the weekends lining up this Christmas period, our couriers and suppliers are not working on non- business days which delays the work.
