Christmas 2024, we had secret Santa and I got my brothers partner. The first thing I wanted to get her was a memory canvas of her and her dad as he is no longer with us. Despite being super busy with the festive season, you were able to pull through with the canvas and loved it! My brothers partner LOVED the canvas and there were tears shed that Christmas morning. She took it home to show her family thinking she was coming back with it 🤭. So now it’s with her mum.

Absolutely Terrible!! My sister lost her beloved Maia of 19 years (her daughter as she called her) she is still so heartbroken! She wanted to get a portrait done in memory of her and what she received is absolute C—p!! She is so upset and devastated!! It doesn’t even look like Maia??!! Not only are the eyes and nose different she’s a Completely different colour??!! Absolutely shocking!!! Had to give it a star in order to submit but wouldn’t even give 1
Hi Saffron! The two images you have uploaded are two different photos- the design is based on another photo of the cat your sister uploaded. As a bit of background, when purchasing a digital pet portrait we request 5 images, so our designer can use the best one, and the image we selected was the best resolution one. We have been in email contact with your sister- and explained this to her. If we went for any of the other images (which were old and pixelated), the design would have not turned out well. It's very disappointing to see this review come up after we have declined to refund the work. I am confident our design team created a beautiful portrait based exactly on one of the pictures required. Thank you for taking the time to place this review anyway ❤️

I ordered a portrait from memories lane to create, and honestly they exceeded my expectations! I wanted a canvas of my partner his late mother and our daughter in one photo and the only good photo I could find of him was with me (which I wanted to be cropped out). I explained this to them and they literally created a seamless portrait of the 3 of them. Not only was the quality of their work immaculate but the piece they created brought so much emotion to my partner! How realistic it looked blew my mind and it was as if they had done a photoshoot for this amazing piece of work! Well done Memories Lane I highly recommend you guys thank you so so much!
